I had the same problem man. Do as jake said, keep easing it back in the shower or when you have a bath. You should be able to feel it stretching a lil bit each time, dont pull it too far back that it hurts, but far enough you can feel it pulling. Keep doing that and you'll be able to pull it all the way back and forth. If you masturbate, do the same thing for a couple mins before you begin and in time it'll be fine. Another alternative is circumsition but if your thinking about that then talk to your doc.”

I had this problem when I was in my teens, when I started having sex with girls it was embarrassing as I could either get it back, but not release later (painful but got a big end that satisfied) or it stayed over and it was a very dull sensation.
