is the foreskin supposed to be hard to pull back or should i go and get it checked out?
Thanks Sam for supporting what I said. The key is...as we've both said - is to EASE it gently. It's not going to come back straight away...be gently and give it time and remember - the foreskin is there for a reason. Hope both Sam and myself have helped :)”
I had the same problem man. Do as jake said, keep easing it back in the shower or when you have a bath. You should be able to feel it stretching a lil bit each time, dont pull it too far back that it hurts, but far enough you can feel it pulling. Keep doing that and you'll be able to pull it all the way back and forth. If you masturbate, do the same thing for a couple mins before you begin and in time it'll be fine. Another alternative is circumsition but if your thinking about that then talk to your doc.”
Yes - this is PERFECTLY normal. It is there for a reason - to protect the head and glans - so it's going to be fairly tight. Please do NOT worry :) x
Advice...GENTLY pull it back over time in the bath/shower. Warm water will ease it, and it will become easier to pull back over time. But remember, it is there for a reason. Honestly...everythi ng is normal...you have nothing to worry about - trust me :). Hope this helps buddy :) J”
Yes, get it checked out! Your GP will tell you if there really is any cause for worry. I had this problem when I was in my teens, when I started having sex with girls it was embarrassing as I could either get it back, but not release later (painful but got a big end that satisfied) or it stayed over and it was a very dull sensation. Really I should have had it circumcised as a kid. Now I'm 60, most of the issues are minor, but still have a skin problem, too much action creates small, sore abrasions that take days to go away. The Frenum was 'snipped' by a nurse friend, and that helped a lot. At the end of the day, penis hygiene is more important, don’t forget to clean it properly every day, even if you haven’t had sex!”
