I find that some nights i just cant seem to stop it disturbs my sleep and my appatite will remain with me for a few days and make me feel embarassed and worryd about it not going away, i find with y parents being incredibly conservative this sometimes damages my self esteem as i was tought it was wrong to even think about sex.”
