  • The volume of semen you produce is determined by hormone levels and prostate function. The single biggest factor is the one you can do nothing about; genetics. Abstaining for more than 2-3 days will not make a difference. Age, diet, level of fitness and arousal level will always vary, but the average amount you ejaculate now will likely only decrease with time as you get older. Pills can increase blood flow and possibly cause priapisms but they will not turn you into Peter North. The entire volume pill market is preying on gullible young men and stealing their money.

  • The longer you go without ejaculating, the more semen you ejaculate (though after a week or so the amount stops increasing). Also, try to almost reach an orgasm and then stop and let your body calm down a bit. Doing that more often will also increas the volume of your ejaculation.
